劉公祥，南京大學數學系教授、博士生導師。國家自然科學基金優秀青年基金獲得者。長期從事Hopf代數、量子群和代數表示論等方面的研究工作，在Hopf代數的分類等工作中成效卓越，以其姓氏命名的“劉代數”引起廣泛關注和強烈反響。先后在《Adv. Math.》、《J. Reine Angew. Math.》、《Comm. Math. Phys.》、《Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.》、《J. Algebra》、《Israel J. Math》等國際重要學術期刊上發表論文20余篇。多次應邀在國內外學術會議上作大會報告。

講座內容：

We want to compare Hopf algebras and quasi-Hopf algebras at first. Then give a short introduction to quasi-Hopf algebras. In particular, we want to concentrate on the construction and classification results on quasi-Hopf algebras.
